Enjoy “Spread Your Wings”, a seminar to discuss a variety of aviation careers. Then hop on the trolley to downtown McKinney for “Bad Boys and Desperadoes of Old McKinney – Lies, Legends, and Truths”. This will be a fun and educational tour of historic downtown McKinney as we learn about desperadoes who frequented the area – Frank and Jesse James, Bonnie and Clyde, Belle Starr, and others. Or take a self-guided historical walking tour of downtown McKinney. Or explore the square and shop!

Our evening Smokehouse Barbecue Banquet will have a Western theme. Our guest speaker will be Kevin Lacey of Airplane Repo fame. He is also a consultant to Texas Air Fleet, an independent technical services company serving the aviation finance and leasing community, and he mentors youth in the world of aviation at Aero Country Airport, McKinney. There will be a cash bar.

The fly market will be located in the hospitality room, so come prepared to sell your items and see what other chapters have to offer. Participate in the Book Swap – bring a book of any kind, and take one home. As always, there will be a constant supply of good food and beverages in the hospitality room.

For our guests during the Saturday morning business meeting, McKinney National Airport representatives will conduct a tour of the tower and other places of interest on the field.
