Bylaws/Standing Rules

Article XII, Section 2. Bylaws amendments require that "the proposed amendment shall have been submitted to the Bylaws Committee and the Board for comment. All Bylaws proposals will be published in the official publications of the South Central Section at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled meeting"

The Approach is our official publication. Check the calendar for publishing deadlines for the coming meeting. If you would like to make a change, please submit it to the Bylaws Advisor in writing, with your rationale, at least six weeks before the Approach deadline.

SCS Approach

Please send your reports and other articles to the Approach Editor by June 6, 2008 for the Fall edition.

We request a $2 donation per chapter member to support the Approach. If you have not sent in your donation for the 2007-2008 fiscal year, please send them to Governor Chris Swain before May 31, 2008.
