The web page for the Aviation Weather Center (AWC) has been updated and is much more user friendly - http://new.aviationweather.gov/areafcst.
Under the "Home" tab on this page are links (some in the new format and some in the old format) to the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) - with several sub-tabs under this listing; the National Weather Service (NWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
